This ambitious South East London renovation transformed an underused basement into a beautifully detailed lower-ground living level. The scheme includes a bespoke wine store, fully equipped home gym, dedicated laundry room, new lightwells, and a luxurious bathroom. The ground-floor kitchen and interiors were also redesigned, creating a cohesive vertical flow between levels. The result is a highly functional extension of the home, designed for modern family living and entertaining.
