The design introduces clerestory roof forms and considered daylighting strategies, alongside a finely detailed double-storey extension that brings light deep into the plan. Given the site’s sensitivity, the planning process required a highly strategic and measured approach, with a number of conditions successfully discharged, including approval with no on-site parking provision. The result is a warm, well-crafted three-bedroom home, thoughtfully carved from an industrial footprint and seamlessly integrated into its residential context.
