Our visuals go far beyond generic CGI. Every model is carefully developed to reflect real materials, true daylight conditions, accurate spatial proportions and authentic textures, allowing our clients to fully understand the design long before construction begins.

Alongside still visuals, we also produce cinematic video walkthroughs, accessed via a simple web link, enabling clients to move through their future home, experience the flow of spaces, understand scale, light, colour and materiality, and confidently make design decisions.

Our 3D work has played a critical role in securing successful planning approvals, including on complex and sensitive sites where previous applications by other architects have been refused. These visualisations frequently form part of our planning submissions, tender packages and on-site coordination, ensuring design intent is clearly communicated at every stage.

We offer 3D visualisation across all RIBA stages, including early-stage feasibility studies, enabling clients to explore options, test layouts, assess massing and de-risk decisions from the outset.
